My suv failed to start. Oh $hi+. NOT NOW!! The night before Thanksgiving? it’s past 6pm, everything is closed! So, Here I was, a lady alone, away from home, in a place where I knew no one who would help, so I searched my phone and found KINGS TOWING & RECOVERY and made the call. Do you know how you dread calling a towing company? I can relate to that! The man on the phone said he would send someone in 30-45 minutes…(sure)… And guess what😁it didn’t even take that long!! They showed up in a nice clean tow truck! They found me !! Two of the NICEST GUYS showed up and they were CLEAN CUT 🤩 & RESPECTFUL 🙏🙏🙏. ******JOHN and CODY *****super heroes! Not only did they get my SUV going, they gave me a discount that didn’t break the bank! ( what I had saved to spend on Black Friday shopping! ) I am probably the happiest woman in the entire State of Alabama because these people treated me right!! I really appreciate them for taking care of me and my SUV. They won’t disappoint you!

I was impounded by this company I parked in the wrong spot these people were very professional I understand their industry I own my mistake I fell to park where I was supposed to and after I read these other reviews people you need to be adults and grow up and like one there was A posted to today looks like you were parking in the wrong condo be 21 be an adult own your mistake and quit being a spoiled little entitled brat the world does not owe you nothing these are good people

Vacationing in Orange Beach Alabama, walked out to our car to find a flat tire. We called Kings Towing and they came right out, aired up our tire at no charge! Would highly recommend!!

towed my truck. (FYI do not park in Walmart parking lot in Orange Beach) They start towing at 11:30 p.m.. Appears the truck was taken care of. Kings was gracious enough to provide me with information on a safe place to park a extra vehicle we had on spring break.
John was very courteous, and polite. I would rate John & his equipment top notch. I plan on using King Towing and Recovery again, and telling my friends! Thank You Kings Towing and Recovery!

I was very impressed with Kings Towing. I drive a BMW M4 and it is very low to the ground. Getting it on and off of a rollback is a process! It involves putting down boards to keep it from scraping, a tow eye to attach their hook to.... it's lengthy. The driver took very good care of her and called me when he got it to Mobile to let me know it was there and safe. 100% recommend.
John came out and was a hero who helped in a time of need.
I was stuck in deep sand just off our driveway at our beach house in Gulf Shores. I reached out to Kings Towing at 5:30 am on Sunday morning and within 30 minutes Richard arrived, he was very polite, professional and helpful. He had my vehicle out of the sand via wench and I was on the road within 10 minutes. These guys turned a unfortunate situation into an overall pleasant and educational experience. I highly recommend them and can't say enough about Richard and his professionalism.
They came to rescue me when I had a flat while 500 miles from home. He was super nice and very timely. I highly recommend!!!!!
Unfortunately I had an accident. My car was totaled. I had to go to hospital before car was towed so I had to go to tow yard twice to get items from car. Both the gentleman I dealt with were patient and professional. I hope I never have to need them again, but if I do I will certainly call King Towing.
